Our adventure to the Western Sahara

On the 18th November we wheeled our bags through Gatwick airport, bundled in scarfs and jumpers, excited for some winter sun and warm weather kiting in Dakhla. Whilst the wind didn't quite deliver for us this year, the group that came out were always more than willing to get stuck in with pretty much any activity we threw at them. So, with amazing swell, we spent a few days playing on foamies in the whitewash whilst the local boys took on the big waves out the back, we headed over to a neighbouring surf camp and rode the cable for some wake action, and got just a little too competitive (on more than one occasion) playing beach volleyball. Everyone had a great time and came back with new friends, a good tan and an unexpected love for camel meat.

We might have only just touched down back in blighty, but we're already making plans for even bigger, even better trips in years to come. So keep checking back to our trips page for more details on future adventures near and far.

What went down in Westward Ho!

We've been in and out of the country since our last stop on the UK Tour to Westward Ho! With perfect conditions, a keen group of winter wetsuit clad kiters and a whole lot of wind, we had a great time exploring this area of the UK and checking in with our friends over at 514 Elemental. Our last stop for 2017, we're excited to get back on the road next spring, so tuned for info on that, for now here's how our last stop of 2017 looked.
